Our dough is a New York Style dough. We do not add any chemicals or preservatives to any of our products. We make it the same way our dad did 40 years ago. Our dough is pre-proofed so they are ready to go, you will just take out what you need resulting in no waste. If defrosted in the cooler they will NOT over proof for 4 days. Again NO WASTE.

We make our dough balls and let them proof over night. Then we hand stretch the crust to our desired size and finally par bake it to a nice, golden brown color.

We take our dough balls and hand stretch the crust. Then we par bake it to a golden brown color. Then add sauce that we make in house with, again dads recipe. Finally we shred our own cheese so we do NOT have any "anti caking agents" on our pizzas.
